Subject: No more "green" planting, brown revolution

Kankakee, IL
Personally some of you may have gotten tired of all the "planting green" pictures. I happen to be a big fan of the "no more green, happy bean" club. Those beans right there, planted at 128K, are saying thank you. Thank you for residue to cool the soil, cover to protect it from beating rains, soil that is teaming with microbial life and mulch to smother out nasty weeds.
