Give some ideas of quick healthy breakfast. I don't drink coffee, but a lot of milk so I'm quick to grab cookies. Pie,cakes, tasty cake ,eggo waffles!!!! My does make some eggs with toast time to time and some omelets . what is the right stuff to eat to help me burn off some pounds through the day
