If yes, a corporation is to complicated. If no ask your accountant.
I have asked my accountant. In the end you save money the first years. When you wanted to pull money out of the corporation you were double taxed.
I just payed the taxes and bought land. I know someone who has $300,000 in the corporations bank account and also has a land note. WTF. Absolutely no savings with this horse crap plan. | |
