Thanks Russ we might have to do something along them same lines, we want to keep it simple and be fair to our daughter who is not currently involved both are married a live close by. Do you also pay your son a wage? I'm paying my son plus all his cow expense but he owns the land his cows are on and i own all the equipment a pay all the repairs
