2nd wettest winter in NC, now dry, 5 inches below normal now, along with cold temps, crops are 20 days behind except a small amount of corn that was muddied in, anything planted now like tobacco and sweet potatoes will have to be irrigated immediately after planting, dry and into 90s forecast for next week
Crop is off to a fantastic start
