Weather forecasters are guessing. Maybe not to the extent that I would have to guess, but they are giving you their best guess. Sometimes their best guess isn't good enough. You know for sure that it's raining when you start singing, "Raindrops keep falling on my head."
Go to work. If it starts raining find something else to do. :-)
