North Central Illinois | I am constantly amazed by the faith people put in weather apps that purport to tell you exactly when it will start raining. In your situation if the NWS forecast was calling for rain they probably would have given an indication if it would be morning, afternoon, or evening, but why not just look at the radar? Rain can crop up out of nowhere but most generally you can see it coming. If there wasn’t anything close by on the radar I would have been running first thing. | |
