My son is in charge of the breeding program here. He is using Swedish Red, Montbeliarde, Norwegian Red, and New Zealand Fresian primarily. The montys are losing some popularity because of type. His favorites are becoming the fresians. They are smaller but really milk well. We rotationally graze, have been doing that for over 30 years and are now trying to milk seasonally. Mark
