As long as it's traited beans, no big deal to plant now and come back a week later to terminate rye. Have done it multiple times. I have always had good kill on rye that big, just don't skimp on AMS.
Just make sure that the beans aren't cracking through when you spray if you are going to include something like sulfentrazone.
