| Looks like an old box. They had a problem with the floating pins in the valves getting stuck and tried to replace them all. If the floating pin is stuck turning it will only break the handle unless you were trained how to use screwdriver to move the pin. Or is this a Force HL box which they supplied a wrench with. If so you may try to spray the entire valve with WD-40 and see if it releases. The Force HL boxes do not have the floating pin in them. The best plan is just to take them back and get different ones. Make sure you Amvac Rep knows. | |
