Hi, I would say garlic is not a good choice. Growing garlic on 5-10 acres wouldn’t be profitable as the prices are too low. You simply can’t compete with big producers. Here you can find out about growing garlic but I would consider growing other crops like tomatoes, lettuce and greens.
