First off let me say I have always been a John Deere guy.
I have been thinking about trading for a new tractor.
I have a 7130 Deere. Just turned 1800 hours.
Going to downsize a bit. Deere asked $102,500 for a 6110M with loader.
Just out of curiosity I called a New Holland store and they asked $65,000 for a 110hp tractor with loader. Not the bottom of the line. Don’t know what package they said it was Pay Star or something like that.
How big a step down would it be to own a New Holland vs Deere. I know some guys and that’s all they drive is New Holland. Seem to get along good.
Just can’t see $37,500 difference.
Thoughts appreciated.
I’d say you would be better off to just stay green like ya have been
I’ve had blue all my life and got a green loader tractor 5075m two years ago and it is leaps n bounds better than the newholland t.475 It replaced. I actually had two t.475s and both failed me. I don’t have much interest in new Holland equipment anymore. |
