VT | NH has a number of spec levels at that 110hp size. Powerstar 110, TS6.110, T4.110 (old model but still some new ones around), T5.110 Dual Command, T5.110 Electro Command.
The only one that might be spec'd to a similar level as your 7130 is the T5.110EC with the 16x16 powershift. I doubt that was the one you were quoted at $65,000, though. I would assume that would be at least $15k higher than that.
The TS6.110 isn't a much smaller than your 7130, just a much lower spec level. The Powerstar 110 is a much smaller and much lower spec.
New Holland is very confusing with their nomenclature. The T5.110DC is something like 8,000# and the T5.110EC is ~10,000#, so make sure you really figure out the specs on whichever model you're looking at.
