I would tend to agree with your line of thinking here but I would go as far as saying they possibly do it on purpose. We very well could of had 4 billion carry out at the end of the 18 crop but they wanted to manage price to the downside as well. But unlike what most farmers feel they can’t always be wrong on the high side.
