Cost structure for everything is going to be significantly lower. The "giving well" will be closed out of Washington D.C. and once we go back to reality, many will be left with over inflated items they purchased. A fat bank account and plenty of patience is going to rewarded just as 2008-09 played out. If you are even entertaining the idea of purchasing something, DO NOT do it. You are going to have an asset which is worth less than what you paid for it. Patience, patience, patience. | |
