Southeast Washington
A dual wheel helps a lot on dirt and rough terrain. We run Komatsu in the orchard. It runs all over the place like a tractor during picking season. Make sure whatever you look at that the rear steer tires aren't too small. They are what cause the drag when empty because all the ballast dead weight is over them.
