Tap extractor. Sometimes they work. Sometimes they don't. Gonna guess in this situation they won't. Fingers on the extractor aren't very strong. Tap is prolly jammed in the bottom of the hole and all that will happen is the fingers will bend.
In the future I'd recommend using a thread chase instead of a tap to clean holes. They're less likely to break than a tap.
