scil | I have ordered from Shoup many times and always had an excellent experience until this spring. Tracking showed my order sitting in Spee Dees terminal for four days. It had a wheel bearing that I needed. I called Shoup's customer service and they contacted Spee Dee and told them to deliver. I had the order the next day. I do not blame Shoup, but I thought they should be aware of their shippers performance. | |
