Only problems I've had is incorrect quantities shipped from packing list. I've placed $1K to $4K orders, quantities shipped don't match order or packing list. Great customer service to correct it. I call up explain missing X number of parts on order, and they ship out the missing parts no questions ask.
When your shipment comes in, do a check to confirm what you received is on the packing list.
