Womp - 5/3/2021 07:16 Packers are like vultures right now, they can pick their landing spot. Flood of cattle coming to market with dry conditions all over & high corn prices. The industry is ripe for a new player to start up.
Retail beef prices are getting out of sight. The good news is that there is room for smaller to midsize processors to start up buying local cattle.
Tyson is out of the market for the week.
