Is this the tail end, or the beginning of the Roaring Twenties?
IDK , but with price run ups, everyone bullish it looks a lot like the 1922 or 1980 era.
Especially in housing mkt. , any hiccup is going to be a bad reraction . Talked to friend/Landlord a bit older than me who lost his wife and he is thinking time to get his house sold and don't get greedy and wait ....fwiw he built it new for $22k in '72 , old farm house and 2.5 acres on farm next to him just sold for $720,000. |
