| Ham. What was it your optician saw? The reason I’m asking is I took my daughter to the optometrist to get her glasses updated in February. When the optometrist examined her eye she saw some spots on her retina. She said she had been doing exams for more than 20 years and had never seen this. Several years ago she was diagnosed with optic neuritis and spent 4 days in the hospital on iv steroids and several weeks after on oral steroids. We have had her back to her neurologist and was referred to an optic neurologist. No one can tell us what this is. They just want to watch it. During some of the tests they ran they also found some spots on her pancreas. After checking that out they said it’s nothing to worry about. Could these spots in her eye and on her pancreas be blood clots? Any ideas?? | |
