72 hole bin.

Any ideas where to start?

Simple. Buy a second bin. You'll need / want it.

In the mean time, look around for those coloured plastic parts bins, that are about 4" W x 6" D, that will exactly fit in the bolt bin compartment. With these you can double up the compartments for smaller hardware without mixing.

I buy them by the pound when on sale at TSC.

I have Grade 5 hex bolts in diameters of ¼" to ¾", and carriage bolts both zinc and galvanized in 1/4", 5/16", & 3/8". But when you mix in fine thread, metric, Grade 8, stainless then the possibilities become endless.
