Bolt bin........How about an arrangement like this? 63 hole bin arrangement.I believe it matches the bin arrangement at our local TSC. No place for metrics or fine bolts though and the washer boxes have both flat and lock washers in them.
You will easily pay for you bolt supply and bins with saved trips to the store to get that one particular size you cant find or ran out of because you can easily spot when the bin is running low and you fil them on regular trips to the store..You can get quite a few smaller bolts for the price of one gallon of gas.If you are running a pickup to get bolt 20 miles one way, you savings adds up quickly.Somehow , most all the saved bolts we had on hand turned out to be not much more than scrap iron(small one especially) when I sorted them and got a bolt bin set up.Big bolts get spendy fast though, but it is still good to have a supply of all sizes.
