+1 This... When you are 4 back from the red light, it turns green, the first 2 go, and the one in front of you sits, obviously looking down at their phone. You tap the horn to get them to move but by then the light turns red again as it's on an electronic eye. It sees the gap in traffic and switches. The driver you honked at is mad at you, but they are the ones not paying attention.
