If hedged, NEVER lift a position until the cash has been negotiated! NEVER hold a position after cash has been negotiated! Chicago is a den of thieves! They will take you to the cleaners if ya get cute! It works well if ya don’t get cute!
I hate options, But I have built a few fences over the years, prefer straight shorts. If deferred shorts I’m not afraid to take a profit and wait it out. If it’s the nearby, Never lift until the second cash is negotiated.....period!
