I was thinking the exact same thing as you. But I'm afraid the inexpensive reel disk is getting harder to find. I did price a new 20' 4100 reel disk. Just have trouble spending that much when I don't plan on using that much. I priced a 30' Philips harrow too as well, but I think the reel disk would would better in my program.
Would you buy a McFarlane Reel Disk?
