People have planted with waas before, but no, it’s not very accurate.

You may get different answers on what accuracy you “need” for planting, but it all comes down to how much you are willing to spend and how much error you are willing to live with. RTK would be the best, but can get pretty expensive between unlocks and any other subscriptions or data plans required.

In my opinion, the best bang for your buck with a 372 receiver would be a rangepoint Rtx subscription. You wouldn’t need any additional unlocks. I forget the subscription cost, but it is very reasonable. the lines are reasonably accurate. I think they advertise 6” pass to pass accuracy, but it is repeatable.

If you want better accuracy, then you might consider going to centerpoint Rtx, which is theoretically very close to RTK at 1.5” accuracy. Unless something has changed since I last used it, this would require at least an omnistar unlock on the receiver and a higher priced subscription.
