Subject: Using a trimble AgGPS 542 for a repeater.

I bought it from the dealer to replace a damaged SNB900. I have the right network selected, and set to repeater. In clear view of the base, tractor has 95% CMR, set the repeater in the same place. The book only covers base and rover set up. My old one would show a CMR% which is what my tractor shows as well "CIH pro 600". My question is how to see that its connected and working properly before I get to the field 3 miles away ready to plant.
