My sentiments exactly.
We have fairly reasonable electric rates, and reliable service. Been on my own farm place almost 10 years now and I don’t think the power has been off an hour total as long as we’ve been here.
All the news was about the TX debacle, but what got my attention was when the local REC Cooperative newsletter had a comment in it about how it was load shedding and using substation shutdowns to prevent overloading the grid that serves this area. | |
