dry milk,salt,onion powder,instacure, powder dextrose, white pepper, ground cloves, allspice, sage, ground marjoram, nutmeg, ginger, 
5lbs., pork liver, 5 lbs pork snouts for a 10 lbs batch of braunschweiger liver sausage.
My ? is what store do you go to to get pork snouts,
