First step would be talk it over with your brother. But you may have already done that.

Maybe he is ready to retire too! I did partial retirement at 55 with increasing amounts up till 67 when I went to full time retirement.

If the business continues on maybe you could just be fill in help, showing up at planting and harvest during crunch time and enjoying retirement the rest of the year. Kind of like part time help.
