You have to be careful when you start reducing carbs to monitor glucose levels to properly cut the meds.
Virta Health as mentioned is a good one. Also Dr Eric Westman has a clinic. You can do a Youtube search for either name and get a bunch of information.
Lots of posts on the subject is past pages here on Kitchen Talk. Going back about 3 years.
If you don't put the carbs in your mouth, it can't turn into sugar in your blood. It really is that simple.
