If you're putting a value on your time and accounting for everything. Everything else the same, that piece 1/4 mile down the road should be worth an easy $500 more over 20 years. Double that over your lifetime. Farming heirs? It just gets more valuable. I wasn't saying it necessarily justifies selling the other, just something to think about.
