East Central Ia, S. Waterloo		Not really a dumb question. When a got a motorcycle I bought a pair of lace up zip up's, thought they'd be easy and quick to zip up and stay snug but I can't get them on without untying them. Their a nice boot but no quicker than dedicated lace up. Other designs may not be this way, but these I zip and then tie. It does make them easy to get on and off your foot.
Edit to add: I thought they were a reasonably priced HD boot.
