Not sure what to call them.  Anything that looks like below for general design.

BUT, light weight, not big cleat soles that drag in mud and rock, and fasten with velcro so you don't have to spend ½ hour lacing up and untying.

I go from shop to house a lot.  My wife is reasonable but doesn't want the kitchen floor damaged by rocks  and dirt ground into it so she requests that I remove my shoes on the porch.  I'm getting tired of the heavy work boots and I have had some problems with the hooks getting broken, making it more of a pain to lace.

I need the ankle support and protection so low shoes with velcro doesn't work in the shop.  Because of a few accidents I walk with a limp and walk with one foot more side to side than heel to toe.  That destroys shoes if they don't go up over the ankle.

So, I want a light weight, velcro fastened, relatively smooth soled, high top boot.
