| No help for you but we have a new Visio that forgets the sound, goes black after commercials - NEVER during , when they are over so is the show.
The wifi reception is horrible. Most streaming movies I have to put a laptop beside it and plug the TV into it. Their NON-solution is the same, unplug it for 30 seconds, what a joke.
And I bought the Visio thinking it would be better than the cheap Hisense, or TCL, both of them are way ahead of the visio ( we have 14 of them in our motel) so much easier to navigate, and all around better OS than Visio. | |
