Wisconsin | I don't do irrigation, but I'd bet most would use roofing tar in a caulk tube just because it's cheaper than silicone, and if you ever needed to get it apart it will melt easier than silicone. Silicone would work, not "siliconized acrylic", warm up the tar before you use it, let it sit in on your dashboard in the sun for a few hours, but not on your nice car in case it pops. Urethane caulks or sealants would work well too. | |
