In order to get your old PIN or a new PIN they send a code to your cell phone that is valid for 30 minutes. Judging from the last 4 digits displayed on the fmcsa website, I'm guessing dad put his home phone number on there and so can't receive a text message.
I've been on the 800 line since 0800 EST and got kicked off the system when they tried to transfer me. Called back and listening to some soothing music now. | |
