oregon | Need to do a biennial update. I lost the PIN. I have a new computer and the old one is gone. I changed mailing addresses. Dad filed the original DOT number request about 10 years ago and has also moved. I called the MCS 150 line and the FMCSA line and the wait time was 3 hours and then over an hour so I hung up. If they called me back, I sure don't see it on my phone.
It's frustrating as heck. Any ideas out there besides asking a 3rd party vendor to help? Thanks. | |
