A pic may help.
On my induction cone (don’t remember the brand), after it sucks out the product, I have to shutoff the valve on bottom of cone, then open the restrictor valve to get full flow from the water pump. To start sucking again, restrictor valve first, then the valve at the bottom of the cone.
