Subject: Plumbing to inductor on nurse wagon trouble

We bought an enduraplas nurse wagon last year. Bought it with an inductor pre installed. Problem we are having is, it'll suck the cone dry no problem but then if you'd open the valve at bottom without other valve throttled white chemical will come up. So then I would rinse it down with fresh water and do the same thing. Same story even after doing that 5-6 times. Don't think I ever got it clean last year. The hose going to the main line is angled a bit downwards going to the bottom of the cone. Is that my problem? really do not want to move it up as a it is awfully convenient where it is at. Thoughts?
