1 hour east of ol cheyenne | Air cooled Honda or liquid cooled?? The two that he f'edup were air cooled. Oil must meet M or CM spec for air cooled Honda engine trans applications according to my guru and he has been wrenching on them since 72. Semi retired now. One of his clients is a rather large ranch in the sandhills of NE and he said they typically get 40000+ miles out of 4 wheelers and very few trans problems usually shift motors on the electronically shifted ones about every 10 to 15K miles. The 4 wheelers are ridden pretty much all day every day checking cows and fence there!!
