One little plant has been approved on county level in my county. However the hang-up is with DEQ right now, with Feds sitting at home because of Covid everything is stopped. The little plant in our county was planning on starting at 5,000 head a year and try to increase overtime. They haven't been able to move one scoop of dirt. |
