Local coop put one up last fall/winter about that size. When they started filling it, I think they said about half full. Wait a week or two for it to settle, then put in another 20%. Let it settle. Then put some more in. Let it set. It took about two months to fill it. Waiting now for the river to open so they can start loading barges.
