Don't forget that the centre-of-gravity is at the centre of the box, and sometimes you might want to move a box with the narrow dimension closest to the lifting machine - so the c of g would be about 28" in front of the vertical face of the forks.
Forklifts are usually rated at 24" in front of the fork face -- I didn't see that spec in the skidsteer spec.
I think you'll want a bigger one
