I don't know that brand makes a difference unless it's required by warranty.


Any OEM that requires the use of their branded fluids or filters is required to supply both free of charge.
Kubota spent several years using DEF shelf life as an excuse for junk DEF header components and poor operating software.
A simple hygrometer calibrated for DEF will indicate quality problems.

Do you have the link to that says they have to provide them free of charge. I know there is a sticker on my AGCO that states Agco filters have to be used.
