SE IL and SW IN
I was going to let this pass, but won't. Early June was the time when our plots in Manhattan IL would roll when we had them a few years ago. The earliest to latest varieties were almost three weeks difference. Generally early varieties had less biomass but would be more desirable to the organic producer wanting to roll/crimp.
