John, you make good points. It is not the case when i did a test a few years ago. It was done in a no-till field that was no-till for 20+years. After following the directions in the link below i came up with 60% pore space as i recall. I am
still trying to find my notes so i can confirm that, but things standing out like that tends to stick in your mind. LOL
