The dirt is very good. It has been properly fertilized per soil test recommendations and maintained for many years.
I have prepaid for a large percentage of the fertilizer in December, but I can use it on other ground or a credit towards chemicals. I am + $140 a ton right now compared to today’s prices on P, so I am sure I can find someone who would want to buy it at those prices!
